An appraiser can receive and manage quote requests sent out by clients synced with them and can either submit or decline a bid, to know how bids work please follow the steps below:

- To view all bids received, go to either the Quote Requests section or the Quote tab on the dashboard., In the quote requests section, you can search for specific quote requests while in the quote tab on the dashboard, you can view a list of quotes received.
- In the quote requests section select or search for a quote you would like to place a bid on and view the details.
and if you agree with the details there are three ways to place a bid
- From the open quote request screen with the order details.
2. From the quote requests section where you can even search the requests
3. From the quote tab on the desktop by clicking on the submit quote.
- You will then be redirected to a screen with the order details, quote details, and engagement instructions, here you will be able to enter the turn time and propose the fee.
Once all the information has been filled out simply click on submit and the quote will be sent to the client to review and either accept or decline the quote.
Note: If another appraiser sends a reply to the quote request before you and that quote is accepted, you will receive the following error message and the quote will no longer be available for you.
