A company admin has access to approve a new appraiser profile, deactivate a currently active appraiser, and even disapprove an approved appraiser profile, to know how this works please follow the steps below:
Note: Only admin users can approve/unapprove or activate/deactivate appraisers or other users in the system.

- Approving a new appraiser who has signed up with your appraisal company.
- First the appraiser needs to sign up using the company name, once he does as soon as the process is complete, he will receive the following message.
The appraiser can still log into their account until they are approved, but they will be met with a pending approval message.
- From here the company admin will need to approve this vendor so he can start working as an appraiser under the company, to do that he can simply log in and click on the notification and you can either Add / Approve Vendor or Disregard Request, after being approved the vendor should appear in the company’s vendor section.
- The company admin can also deactivate appraisers who are no longer active or who no longer work with the company.
An appraiser that has been deactivated will no longer be able to access their account and will get an invalid credentials message.
- To deactivate an appraiser the company admin will first need to go to the Vendors section.
- From here we will select the appraiser whom we wish to deactivate and simply click on the toggle to deactivate them.
- Once an appraiser has been approved, the company admin can unapprove them if they are no longer working for the company, the company can follow the same process by clicking the approved toggle off hereby unapproving the appraiser.
The unapproved appraiser can still log into his existing account however he will be met with the pending approval message shown in the screenshot below.
