Add/Edit Vendor E&O/Insurance (Vendor User Role)

If you are logged in as an individual vendor under a multi-vendor appraisal company, to add or edit insurance details in the system, follow the steps mentioned below:

Please click on the link below to log into the ValueLink Connect system: https://app.connectvl.com/#/signin

From the Dashboard, click on your name on the upper right side of the screen and click on My Profile to access your vendor profile details.

Your vendor profile is where all your essential information is kept, including license, insurance, coverage areas, certifications, etc. From here, navigate to the insurance section as shown below.

Add Insurance:

If you are adding insurance for the first time, you will see the option to add insurance as shown below. Click on Add Insurance.

This will open up a window where you’ll have two options.

Option 1: Use My Insurance

Select this option if you want to use your own insurance details. Fill in all the required fields- including insurance company, policy number, coverage amounts, and dates- and upload your insurance document.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before saving.

Option 2: Use Company Insurance

Alternatively, you can choose this option if your company admin has already set up insurance for all appraisers. When using company insurance, you cannot edit or update any insurance details yourself. If the company insurance is outdated or incorrect, please contact your company admin to have it updated.

After entering or confirming your insurance details, click ‘Save’. Once saved, your insurance information will automatically be shared with all clients linked to your profile.

Edit Insurance:

If you already have an insurance document added and want to update any of its details or replace expired documents, go to Edit under the actions menu.

Update the necessary insurance details. To update insurance document dates, upload a new document. Once done, click Update to save information.
