To edit a client’s profile in the system, follow the steps mentioned below:
Please click on the link below to log into the ValueLink Connect system: https://app.connectvl.com/#/signin
- From the Dashboard, click on Admin
Then select Clients to open the client’s page.
- Click on the client’s name whose profile you want to edit.
- On the client’s profile screen, click on the EDIT button.
- You can make changes to the client’s profile as required. Once satisfied with the changes, click on the Update button to update the client in the system.
- You can edit the client’s Primary and Secondary Contacts under the Contacts Section.
6. Fill the relevant fields and click Update to save the contact information.
