Common responses are a great way to save time and make your office more efficient. Common responses are blocks of text (e.g., client-specific instructions, appraiser instructions, etc.) that can be typed and stored in the system. These can be later used when posting comments to your clients and appraisers, without having to type the entire text again.
Once set up, just select the common response on the comment screen and it auto-populates the text.

- From the dashboard, click on Admin.
Then select Common Responses.
- Click on the Add New Common Response button on the top right of the screen.
- Enter the response name and a detailed response description. Click on the Save button to save the common response.
You can edit the response by clicking on the Actions menu and then selecting "Edit."
You should now be able to use this common response on any comment screen by simply choosing the Common Response name from the dropdown. Doing that will automatically fetch the text and populate the Comment screen.
Comments
