Update Order Status

You can manually update the status of an order. To do that, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. On the order screen, click on the Actions button and select Update Status.

 

  1. Select the new status from the Order Status drop-down.

  1. Enter a comment associated with the status update.

  1. If you wish to share the status update with your client or appraiser, you can check the boxes.

  1. Click on the Update button to update the status of the order.
