Add Messages to an Order

Messages are the fastest way to disseminate information about the order to all parties involved in the Appraisal Order. To add messages to an order, follow the steps mentioned below:

2. Under the Messages tab, click on the Add Message button.

3. On the Add Message screen, you add your message. You can also use common responses to pre-fill the message. The message can then be shared with the Appraiser and/or the Client. If the order was received from an integrated system, the message will be shared with the client when you check the box to Share with Client.

4. Click on the Add button to add your message to the order.
