The system creates a detailed audit log for every order. The order history tracks the order every step of the way and all events are logged with the user who performed the action and the timestamp of that action. To view the order history, follow the steps below:

- Click on the Order History tab to view the order history.
- You can also use the search bar to search for specific events in the order.
- You can even export a PDF or a CSV file for all the events from the order history.
