Order Timeline

The Order Timeline gives you an at-a-glance view of where an order stands and what has already been completed. It provides a clear, step-by-step view of the order’s progress from start to finish. 

Where to Find the Order Timeline

Open any order from the order list. In the Order Page, look at the top section. The Order Timeline is displayed just below the header.

What the Timeline Shows

The timeline displays key order milestones along with the date and time each step was completed:

1. Order Created – Date the order was created and received in the system.

2. Accepted – Date the assigned vendor accepted the order.

3. Inspection- Dates the property inspection was scheduled for and marked as done.

Click on the blue drop-down to view the full inspection history.

4. In Review– Date when a revision is requested on the submitted report.

5. Order Completed – Date the order was marked as complete.

Note:

  • The timeline is for tracking progress only.
  • You cannot update order statuses directly from the timeline.

This way, the Order Timeline gives you a simple, visual way to track progress across all stages of an order.
