To set the inspection date for an order, follow the steps mentioned below:

You can update an order status to set the inspection date in multiple ways:
- From the Order Listing
- From the Order Page
1. Set Inspection Date from the Order Listing
To update an order status to inspection-scheduled status directly from the order listing, click on Orders in the side menu to navigate to the order listing page.
From here, navigate to the relevant order.
Click on the three dots "..." for that order to open the quick action menu and select "Set Inspection Date."
This will open up a side panel with date and time fields. Select the appropriate date and time. Add an optional message if needed.
Once done, click Update to update the status.
The updated status will be reflected immediately on the order.
2. Set Inspection Date from the Order Page
To set the inspection date from the order page, open the relevant order.
Click on the order status from the header to view the complete list of statuses and select "Inspection Scheduled."
Select the appropriate date and time. Add an optional message if needed, and click Update.
Once saved, the order will be updated with the Inspection Scheduled status.
Alternatively, you can also use the actions menu to set the inspection date. Simply click on the Actions button from the top right of the order page.
From the drop-down, click Set Inspection Date.
This will open the same side-panel as before. Select the appropriate date and time. Add an optional message if needed, and click Update.
The order status will be updated to reflect Inspection Scheduled.
The order timeline will also be updated to display the inspection status as well as the scheduled date and time.
