Mark Inspection Completed

To mark an inspection as completed for an order, follow the steps mentioned below:

You can update an order status to set the inspection as completed in multiple ways:

  1. From the Order Listing
  2. From the Order Page

1. Mark Inspection as Completed from the Order Listing

To update an order's status to inspection-completed directly from the order listing, click Orders in the side menu to navigate to the order listing page.

From here, navigate to the relevant order.

Click the three dots "..." for that order to open the quick action menu, then select "Update Status."

This will open up a list of statuses. From the list, select "Inspection Completed."

Select the appropriate date and time. Add an optional message if needed. Once done, click Update to update the status.

The updated status will be reflected immediately on the order.

 

2. Mark Inspection as Completed from the Order Page

To update an order's status to inspection-completed from the order page, open the relevant order.

Click on the order status from the header to view the complete list of statuses and select "Inspection Completed."

 Select the appropriate date and time. Add an optional message if needed, and click Update.

Once saved, the order will be updated with the Inspection Completed status.

Alternatively, you can also use the actions menu to set the inspection date. Simply click on the Actions button from the top right of the order page.

From the drop-down, click Mark Inspection Completed.

This will open the same side-panel as before.  Select the appropriate date and time. Add an optional message if needed, and click Update.

The order status will be updated to reflect Inspection Completed.

The order timeline will also be updated to display the inspection completed status as well as the completion date and time.
